Summer with Monica

Monica is here with us for 6 weeks this summer. We are doing a "boot camp" to get in shape while she is here. We've been eating healthy, exercising and even trying out hand at training for a sprint triathlon that is on July 19th in Flagstaff, AZ http://www.mountainmanevents.com/mountainmantriathlon.htm (we are really hoping to be able to do it- it will be incredibly hard, but we have already gotten so much better we are hoping we can make it a reality instead of a dream-we'll see.)
